Brushed Nickel Shower Head

A Brushed Nickel Shower Head is a great way to compliment other brushed nickel fixtures in your shower, and they also look great when paired with chrome fixtures- either route you take, is a good one.

Now that you’re considering a brushed nickel shower head, you have to decide what kind of head you want in terms of functionality and design.

Brushed Nickel Shower Head Types

Hand Held Max Flow- This is a great hand held shower head for those of us who are conscious of water waste, as these brushed nickel shower heads have a low gallon per minute usage (2.5 gpm- legal maximum in US) yet the water pressure remains high.

This shower head offers three different settings that should cater to whatever needs you have as the high pressure setting works great on your hair & body, the oxygenized setting for your face, and the massaging jets for those muscles that need some TLC at the end of a long day. You can choose from the brushed nickel shower head or the chrome one, either way, you can’t really go wrong. Average cost – $59

Rain Shower- This is definitely a luxurious option that many people choose and can actually be paired with the handheld shower head for optimum use. The idea behind this nickel brushed shower head is meant to mimic a raincloud. The shower head can be purchased with an extending arm that makes it rain down directly overtop of you (about 10-12inches out from the wall).

With fifty-four individual streams of water pouring down on you, this shower head is bound to induce a rain forest daydream or two! The brushed nickel shower head is available as well as the chrome for this style. Average cost – $47

Low Flow- The low flow brushed nickel shower head is designed to cut down on water usage by turning less water, into a higher pressure stream. Opposed to the above shower heads that use 2.5 gallons of water per minute the low flow one uses only 1.5 gallons of water per minute. Not only will you be helping out the environment by using less water with this option, but you’ll also be cutting down significantly on your water heating costs. The brushed nickel shower head finish is available along with the chrome one.
